How far in advance should I book? Earlier is better, but we’ll do our best to accommodate short notice. Preferably 48 hours notice.
What happens if I need more time? Extensions are available depending on schedule, just ask.
Do you deliver outside listed areas? Sometimes. Contact us with your address and date.
Are the totes cleaned? Yes, totes are sanitized between rentals.
What if a tote is damaged? Let us know right away so we can make it right.
Do you provide labels? Packages can include labels, ask when booking.
Can I add more totes? Yes, based on availability.
