How many totes do I need? Most customers choose based on home size. We can recommend the right kit.
How far in advance should I book? Earlier is better, but we’ll do our best to accommodate short notice. Preferably 48 hours notice.
What happens if I need more time? Extensions are available depending on schedule, just ask.
Do you deliver outside listed areas? Sometimes. Contact us with your address and dates. Delivery & pickup outside a 25-mile radius of Joplin, MO city limits will incur a mileage fee of $.50 per mile.

Are the totes cleaned? Yes, totes are sanitized between rentals.
What if a tote is damaged? Let us know right away so we can make it right.
Do you provide labels? Packages always include supplies for labeling.
Can I add more totes? Yes, based on availability.
What size are your totes? Our totes are 27 gallons and can hold up to 65lbs.
